Social Media Growth is Fastest among Boomers

Senior with iPadAccording to this Huffington Post article, half of all American adults are now on social networks, with Facebook leading the way. That’s why we created a Facebook fan page and ask you to visit and LIKE us. We’re also on Twitter and use that network for short announcements about new articles on our site and related articles on other sites.

Pew reports that nearly 2/3 of people on the Internet use social media sites like Facebook and Twitter and 32% of boomers between 50 and 64 use a social media daily. Seniors are connecting through social networks too.
